1. Concepting

Design Development
Site survey 
The aim for this stage is to understand the site condition, what can and can't be done; what needs to rectify or keep in mind.
Using tools like LiDAR scanning on a smartphone, and verifying distances with laser meters; The site can be digitised, allowing for virtual access, remeasuring, and superimposing 3D drawings to check for alignments. this has the advantage of boosting productivity, saving time, and ease of mind.
