This requires careful listening and effective communication, as well as the ability to ask the right questions to draw out important details. Once you have a clear understanding of what the client is looking for.

1.2 The Proposal. The primary objective of this project is to present a comprehensive overview to the client, highlighting the potential of the proposed design. Our focus is to provide the client with a clear sense of the space, the materials to be used, the timeline, and the estimated cost of the project. We will showcase the design in a way that allows the client to envision the end product and understand the benefits it will bring.

Design Development

Site survey

The aim for this stage is to understand the site condition, what can and can't be done; what needs to rectify or keep in mind.

Using tools like LiDAR scanning on a smartphone, and verifying distances with laser meters; The site can be digitised, allowing for virtual access, remeasuring, and superimposing 3D drawings to check for alignments. this has the advantage of boosting productivity, saving time, and ease of mind.
